  CPR's Health Plan User Groups (HPUGs) bring together health plan representatives and CPR employer members to track health plan progress on payment reform, delivery reform, transparency, and other special topic areas, e.g., ACOs, maternity, pharmacy, etc. CPR and its members work with the nation’s largest health plans to achieve real progress in these areas.
